Fiorella’s Executive, Chef Robert Mason, is known locally and nationally for his passion of artistic cuisine with exquisite food and dramatic presentation. Chef Mason prepares ingredients from scratch using local vendors and his on-site herb and vegetable garden. His menus embrace the seasons and reflect the FRESH, SIMPLE and AUTHENTIC feel of classical Tuscan cuisine.
Fiorella’s Cucina Toscana serves breakfast daily and offers a blend of classic dishes as well as new favorites with a Tuscan flair. We also feature our Super Foods Breakfast Menu which is intended for the health conscious traveler. Specialty items include: Chef’s fresh house-made granola, skillet frittata, and steel cut oatmeal; along with eggs and omelets made to order, fresh Florida Orange juice and Starbucks coffee.
Our bistro style lunch menu features fresh salads, flavorful paninis and pastas; as well as an array of brick oven pizzas on our signature rosemary olive oil dough. Lunch specialties include: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Piadine Fiorella (grilled steak in grilled flatbread),
and Pizza Toscana with calamata olives, goat cheese, arugula and truffle oil.
Fiorella’s dinner menu blends casual upscale dining with the finest flavors of the season. Our signature dinner offerings feature classics like the Antipasto Tuscano, Seafood Ciopinno with crab claws, mussels and shrimp in a zesty tomato broth, and Filetto Toscano; as well as house specialties like fresh Florida Grouper with crab tapenade. Dinner at Fiorella’s also features Chef Mason’s “Menu de Mercato”, a weekly inspired menu featuring local and organic produce and boutique ingredients.
Chef Mason personally creates all of our desserts on premises. Dessert highlights include Tiramisu, fresh made gelatos and sorbettos and our signature “Globo” which features a decadent brownie with sweetened mascarpone and berries in a chocolate dome with Italian chocolate and caramel melting sauces.
