Executive Chef Robert Mason is known as a chef with a passion for artistic and creative expression through exquisite food presentation and cuisine. He prepares ingredients from scratch, makes his own mozzarella cheese and changes his menus seasonally.

For the health-conscious traveler, the SuperFoods breakfast menu features revitalizing dishes made from powerhouse ingredients rich in nutrients, antioxidants and delicious taste so you can start your day feeling recharged. Specialty items include Steel Cut Oatmeal, Smoked Salmon, Egg White Scramble Grilled Chicken Panini, Egg White Frittata and Berry, Apple & Granola Muesli.

For lunch, the $9.99 express menu is perfect for diners who need to get back to the office in a timely manner. Menu items include: Grilled Caesar & Tuscan Shrimp or Chicken, Tuscan Pizza and Piadine Fiorella. The price also includes a mista salad or a cup of soup with each entrée.
           
Chef Mason’s signature dinner appetizers feature Antipasto Fiorella, Calamari Fritto Misto, Lemoncello Marinated Shrimp and Garlic Grilled Portobello. Salads consist of Grilled Hearts of Romaine and Salad Caprese with homemade Mozzarella cheese. Entrees include Maine Lobster Ravioli, Capellinni & Gulf Shrimp Scampi, Cavatelli alla Vodka, Oven Roasted Grouper with Crab Tapenade, Eggplant Rolatini and NY Steak Bistecca Florentine.

lobster ravioliMason highly recommends the Lemoncello Marinated Shrimp with Tuscan remoulade, marinated tomato and grilled lime as an appetizer. As an entree, the Maine Lobster Ravioli in the sherried lobster sauce over a warm lobster salad, Oven Roasted Grouper with Crab Tapenade with Zucchini friitti, spirolini pasta and lemon cello or the Fileto con Gorgonzola Certified Black Angus tenderloin of beef with gorgonzola cheese, fingerling potatoes and cipollini onions.

For dessert, try one of his homemade delicacies such as: Fiorellas Tiramisu Classico, Cannoli Terzetto, Torta Cioccolata Vesuvius, Crunchy Polenta Torta, Ricotta Tarte, Sorbetto Terrine “Bandiera” and Authentic Italian Gelato.

If you simply can’t take another bite, order a fine glass of dessert port or select from the impressive wine list featuring over 200 bottles of domestic and International wine from Fiorella’s wine library.
